NEVHC can help connect you with special programs that provide care for certain health conditions or needs. These programs can reduce your medical costs or provide coverage when you may not qualify for other insurance options. These programs are available year-round, so you can get the support you need whenever you need them.
Sliding Fee Discount Program
If you don’t have health insurance or can’t afford your deductible, NEVHC offers a Sliding Fee Discount Program based on your family’s income and size.
That means you’ll still be able to get the care you need at a cost you can afford. See sliding fee scale below:

Children’s Presumptive Eligibility (CPE)
A temporary Medi-Cal coverage program for children under 19 who appear eligible for full-scope Medi-Cal but don’t yet have an approved application. Provides immediate, short-term health coverage through qualified providers while the full Medi-Cal application is reviewed.

You have the right to ask for a Good Faith Estimate — a breakdown of how much your care will cost before your visit. Ask the Business Office at your health center or visit cms.gov/nosurprises
