Diabetes Prevention with NEVHC

Are you diabetic or at risk of the onset of diabetes? Join Northeast Valley Health Corporation (NEVHC) for a video providing guidance on the prevention and management of diabetes. We will feature one of our health educators in this video who will provide answers to some of the most frequently asked questions about diabetes. The goal of this video is help people with chronic disease management. Patients, community members and elected officials are invited to join NEVHC online for this edition of our virtual community health video series. This video will be uploaded to our National Health Center Week webpage (nevhc.org/nhcw) where audiences can access the information all year long.
