Within 24 hours you will receive an enrollment link to the email you provide on the day of your visit. If you don’t receive an enrollment link, please call the Patient Portal Hotline at (818) 979–7444 to request a PIN.
Yes, it is now easy to add a patient to your account by requesting a PIN. There are no limits to the number of patients you can add to your account.
Yes, you can grant access to those who are caring for you and overseeing your health care by providing us their information in the patient form packet. With your permission, they will be able to request non-urgent future appointments, request prescription refills, have access to your medical information and handle other healthcare needs.
You can send non-urgent medical questions to your provider or care team through the portal. This includes questions about your medications, referral status, test results or other general healthcare concerns.
Please do not use the portal for urgent or emergency medical issues. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.
NEVHC follows strict HIPPA practices to protect your information. The data on your patient portal is safe as long as you do not share your log-in information with others.
Most routine lab results will be available in the patient portal.
However, due to privacy regulations (HIPAA), certain sensitive results, such as STI, HIV, Hepatitis C, gonorrhea, Pap smear and biopsy results, will not be posted in the portal. To receive these results, please contact your health center to schedule an appointment or request them in person.

Due to Patient Privacy laws, parents and legal guardians are prohibited from accessing certain types of medical information about a minor age 12 or older without specific consent of the minor. Due to these legal requirements, full access to the patient portal will be given to the patient only. If the patient consents, full portal access be given to the parent/guardian as well.
