Northeast Valley Health Corporation’s Van Nuys Adult Health Center has relocated to a new state-of-the-art facility at 14624 Sherman Way in Van Nuys. The new health center features separate spaces for both adult primary care and for specialty care for patients with HIV and Hepatitis C. Patients will continue to receive care from the same medical providers at this new location. The Van Nuys Adult staff look forward to seeing you at our larger health center.
