Yes, it is now easy to add a patient to your account by requesting a PIN. There are no limits of the number of patients you can add to your account.
How to Add Child Guide
Yes, you can grant access to those who are caring for you and overseeing your health care by providing us their information in the patient form packet. With your permission, they will be able to request non-urgent future appointments, request prescription refills, have access to your medical information and handle other healthcare needs.
You will be able to ask your Provider and/or Care Team any non-urgent medical questions about your medication, referral status or healthcare issues.
NEVHC follows strict HIPPA practices to pretect your information. The data on your Patient Portal is safe as long as you do not share your log-in information with others.
Due to HIPPA regulations, we are unable to provide sensitive results such as STD, HIV, HEP C, Gonorrhea, Pap Smear and Biopsy results. The laboratory results mentioned must be requested in person or request to schedule an appointment.

Due to Patient Privacy laws a parent or legal guardian are prohibited from accessing certain types of medical information about a minor age 12 or older without specific consent of the minor. Due to these legal requirement, full access to the patient portal will be given to the patient and only if the patient consents, will full patient portal access be given to the parent/guardian.
